Fayette County Public Schools revealed the winners of its annual Calendar Art Contest during an April 25 reception at the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, where the selected pieces were marked with blue ribbons.
This spring, art teachers submitted 207 entries representing their students’ best work, and volunteers from the local arts community judged the show. The school district’s 2017-18 calendar and family handbook will feature the artwork of these 14 students.
