In track and field competition, the Bryan Station High School boys and the Tates Creek High girls captured top honors May 2 in the Fayette County Championships, hosted by Lafayette. In the boys’ final standings, Tates Creek was runner-up, followed by Lafayette, Paul Laurence Dunbar, and Henry Clay. For the girls, Bryan Station finished second, followed by Lafayette, Henry Clay, and Dunbar.
