The winners of the annual calendar art contest in Fayette County Public Schools were unveiled at an April 29 reception at The Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center. Art teachers this spring sent in more than 200 entries representing their students’ best work for the competition, and volunteers from the local arts community judged the pieces.
